You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as personal care products, serums, and oils — may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Please check with our support team if you are unsure.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Processing times may vary.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
